EXPLANATION: For over 33 years, Mary Oser has mentored numerous talented musicians and led performances at significant events such as the 2004 National WWII Memorial Dedication at Pearl Harbor and the 2023 London New Year’s Day Parade. Ms. Oser is an accomplished musician, learning to play the piano at age four. She has greatly impacted Wellington Community High School, and her dedication, talent, and compassion have left a lasting legacy. As she enters retirement, we express our sincere gratitude and best wishes for a fulfilling and joyful future.
