EXPLANATION: The Parks and Recreation Department utilizes a contract for the purchase and delivery of soccer uniforms.
On June 5, 2025, the Village released Invitation to Bid (ITB) #202519 on DemandStar seeking qualified vendors to provide such services. The solicitation was also advertised on Palm Beach County’s Legal Notice site. On July 10, 2025, the four (4) bids meeting the required specifications were received.

Staff recommends awarding a contract to Kalci Soccer, LLC, the lowest responsive bidder, for the purchase and delivery of Soccer Uniforms, at a cost of approximately $97,350.00.
The initial term of the contract is three (3) year from the date of award, with the option to renew for three (3) additional one (1) year terms. Pricing shall remain fixed during the initial contract period. The annual contract amount is estimated at approximately $32,450.00.
