REQUEST:                     Authorization to renew CrowdStrike Cybersecurity Services with CDW Government, Inc. (CDW-G) utilizing Sourcewell Contract #121923, as a basis for pricing, in the amount of $54,761.25.

EXPLANATION:                     Wellington's Information Technology Department is requesting to renew its current cybersecurity services agreement through Sourcewell contract (121923) with CDW-G. Sourcewell contract (121923). The renewal will continue to provide a comprehensive suite of tools such as Falcon Endpoint Protection, Overwatch managed threat detection, Threat Graph analytics, Device Control, and Intelligence and Spotlight applications, ensuring robust endpoint security and threat visibility across the organization. This investment maintains critical defense capabilities against cyber threats while supporting compliance, asset discovery, and 24/7 monitoring. 

 

CDW-G submitted a 2026-2027 proposal for services good through September 10, 2027, in the amount of $54,761.25, representing a $2,593.25 increase.

 

Staff requests authorization to renew Sourcewell Contract #121923 with CDW-G, for the continued use of CrowdStrike Cybersecurity Services in the amount of $54,761.25.
