EXPLANATION:  The applicant is seeking a Development Order Amendment to amend the Conditions of Approval set forth in Resolution R2013-15 to allow a maximum of four (4) fast food restaurants with drive-thrus and to allow medical office use within Building D of the Village Green Center project. 

 

SUMMARY:                     Staff recommends approval of Resolution No. R2017-20 (Village Green Center Development Order Amendment).
