ITEM:                     RECOGNITION OF ANDREAS DA SILVA AND VERONICA METZ FOR THEIR ACCEPTANCE TO USA SWIMMING’S ZONE SELECT CAMPS 

REQUEST:                     Recognition of Andreas Da Silva and Veronica Metz for their acceptance to USA Swimming’s Zone Select Camps.

EXPLANATION:                     In late April 2024, USA Swimming announced the athletes selected for the 2024 Zone Select Camps. 

Andreas Da Silva earned a spot in USA Swimming’s 2024 National Diversity Select Camp and will travel to Indianapolis, Indiana June 13^th through 16^th.  Attendees participate in workouts and training sessions led by decorated leaders within the sport. 

Veronica Metz also earned a spot in USA Swimming’s Zone Select Camp and will travel to North Carolina State University from June 6^th through 9^th.  The camp consists of four in-water workouts along with various classroom sessions.
