Wellington’s Land Development Regulations (LDR) Table 6.8-2 and Binks Commercial Center Stipulated Settlement Agreement Resolution No. R2001-46 requires a Conditional Use approval for veterinary clinic within a PUD Zoning designation and Office Commercial Future Land Use Map designation.
