EXPLANATION: Variance to decrease the required minimum front setback to 20 feet and right-of-way landscape buffer width to 20 feet for a proposed CVS Pharmacy building within the Wellington Town Square project.
SUMMARY: The applicant is proposing to redevelop the Wellington Town Square project by demolishing the Star Liquor building and a portion of the in-line building in the southeast corner to allow infill redevelopment with a proposed 13,298 SF CVS Pharmacy. The applicant is correcting some of the existing on-site parking lot configuration and drive aisle connection and alignment with this proposed infill redevelopment. This variance is requested to reduce the front setback and landscape buffer by five (5) feet for the portion of the CVS Pharmacy building proposed along Forest Hill Boulevard
