SUMMARY:                     The agent, Michael Sexton, Sexton Engineering, on behalf of the owner, Equestrian Sports Production, is seeking a Comprehensive Plan Amendment approval to amend the Future Land Use Map designation of a 9.47 acre portion of the International Polo Club from Commercial Recreation to Residential B  (0.1 to 1.0 du/ac).

 

The petition will be presented to the Equestrian Preserve Committee (EPC) on April 5, 2017. A memo will be sent to PZAB after the meeting summarizing the recommendations of the EPC.
