SUMMARY: The agent, Michael Sexton, Sexton Engineering, on behalf of the owner, Equestrian Sports Production, is seeking a Comprehensive Plan Amendment approval to amend the Future Land Use Map designation of a 6.96 acre portion of the International Polo Club and a 16.15 acre portion of Isla Carroll Farms from Residential B (0.1 to 1.0 du/ac) to Commercial Recreation. The request is also to remove a 72.01 acre portion of IPC and Isla Carroll Farms out of the Equestrian Preserve Area. All maps within the Comprehensive Plan will also be amended to reflect these changes.
