EXPLANATION: On June 10, 2014, Council awarded contract #016-14/DZ, to Wellington Professional Lawn Care, to provide landscape maintenance for Utility lift stations and potable supply well sites Village-wide, for three (3) years through June 10, 2017. The contract included two (2) additional, one (1) year renewal options. Staff is seeking authorization to exercise the first renewal option, with no change in pricing, terms and conditions, effective through June 10, 2018.
Wellington Professional Lawn Care is a Western Community local vendor and has provided superior landscape maintenance services to the Village during the term of the existing contract.
Staff recommends renewing contract #016-14/DZ, with Wellington Professional Lawn Care, a Western Community local vendor, to provide landscape maintenance services for lift stations and potable supply well sites Village-wide, for one additional year, effective through June 10, 2018.
