ITEM: EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH FOR THE MONTH OF JUNE 2017
REQUEST: Recognition of the June 2017 Employee of the Month, Dara O’Connor.

EXPLANATION: Dara began her career with the Village of Wellington only two and a half short years ago as a Customer Service Representative. She was quickly promoted to a permit technician after only one month of employment and was then promoted again a little more than one year later to Senior Permit and Licensing Technician with the Building Department. Dara is able to tackle every challenge she is presented. She has mastered the art of reporting and is able to utilize the many programs required in her position with the Building Department, all while providing excellent customer service.
It is for these reasons and more that Dara has been nominated as the Employee of the Month!
