EXPLANATION: On January 29, 2017, pursuant to the Consultant's Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), the Village released RFQ# 004-17/DZ, seeking qualification firms interested in providing engineering services to the Village. The selection committee for this solicitation independently scored and ranked each firm who submitted proposals and short listed the highest ranked firms for interviews and presentations. After hearing presentations from the short listed firms, the selection committee recommended contract negotiations with the following firms:
Civil Engineering:
1. Engenuity Group, Inc.
2. Simmons and White, Inc.
3. Chen Moore & Associates
Traffic Engineering:
1. Pinder Troutman Consulting, Inc.
2. Simmons and White, Inc.
