ITEM: Surtax Citizen Oversight Committee Project Review
EXPLANATION: As the Village Council appointed Citizen Oversight Committee, the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board is tasked with reviewing possible projects to confirm the projects comply with the Surtax language as investments in infrastructure. Two such possible projects include the Community Park Renovation and the Greenbriar Dog Park Improvements. Staff will present the proposed conceptual plans.
SUMMARY: Staff is seeking confirmation that the Community Park Renovation and Greenbriar Dog Park Improvements projects comply with Surtax language as investments in infrastructure.
