EXPLANATION:   A Master Plan to allow 30 residential lots with accessory equestrian and aviation uses, clubhouse, maintenance facility and private airstrip (landing strip) for the 150 acre Flying Cow Ranch project.

 

SUMMARY:                     At the October 11, 2017 PZAB meeting, the Board postponed this item to the December 13, 2017 PZAB meeting to allow additional time for the applicant to discuss concerns raised at the meeting with the neighboring Aero Club and Palm Beach Point communities. The applicant and staff had a meeting with both communities on November 6, 2017.

 

Attached is the applicant’s request for postponement of this item from the December 13, 2017 meeting to the February 14, 2018 to allow additional meeting with the neighboring communities. This request is over the 30 day by right continuance and is at the discretion of the Board. 

 

Staff recommends approval of this postponement as requested.
