Staff is seeking authorization to award a three-year contract to Granicus, Inc., from date of award, for the licenses, maintenance and support of the government software suites detailed above, at a cost of $84,044.13.
Pursuant to Chapter 3 of the Village’s purchasing Manual, maintenance of equipment is exempt from competition when services are provided by the equipment manufacturer, or manufacturers service representative; however, since expenditures exceed $25,000, Council approval is required.
