EXPLANATION: This is a petition for the plat of a 77.023 acre parcel lying in Section 34, Township 44 South, Range 41 East, Village of Wellington, Palm Beach County, Florida. The project site is located on the southeast side of Wellington Preserve Boulevard and Laredo Way intersection in the Wellington Preserve subdivision. A location map is provided as Attachment 1. The owners of the property are Green Light Partners, LLC and Foundation Farm, LLC. This is a replat of Lots 4 through 8 of Block C and Lots 15 through 25, Block C of Wellington Preserve, for the expressed purpose of developing 54.5 acres into an equestrian/polo facility with ten (10) residential lots, removing drainage centered on lot line between Lots 16C and 17C, added water easements on Lots 15C, added new drainage easements on Lots 19C, 20C and 21C, combined Lots 21, 22 and a portion of Lot 4 of Block C into one (Lot 21C), combined Lots 4 - 8 of Block C into lot (Lot 4C) and expanded the drainage easement on Lot 4C by 216.8 feet all located in Section 34, Township 44 South, Range 41 East, Village of Wellington, Palm Beach County, Florida, (Exhibit A - Wellington Preserve Replat No. 3 Location Map). The plat also provides the necessary access, water management and utility easements for the subdivision.

The plat is compliant with Wellington's codes and regulations.
