A RESOLUTION OF WELLINGTON, FLORIDA’S COUNCIL ACCEPTNG AND APPROVING THE CHUKKER COVE REPLAT LYING IN SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 41 EAST, VILLAGE OF WELLINGTON, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING A REPLAT OF LOTS 32 THROUGH 35, CHUKKER COVE OF PALM BEACH POLO & COUNTRY CLUB WELLINGTON P.U.D., AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 63, PAGES 163 THROUGH 165 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

EXPLANATION: This is a petition for the replat of 0.8213 acres lying in Section 15, Township 44 South, Range 41 East, Village of Wellington, Palm Beach County, Florida. The project site is located on the southwest corner of the eastern intersection of Polo Club Road. A location map is provided as Attachment 1. The owners of the property are Mallet Circle LLC and Louis Jacobs and Joan Jacobs. This is a replat of Lots 32 through 35, Chukker Cove of Palm Beach Polo & Country Club Wellington P.U.D., for the expressed purpose of reconfiguring the lot lines of Lots 32-34. The reconfiguration will allow Lots 34 and 35 to be zero lot line lots and Lots 32 and 33 to be conventional single-family lots. The plat also provides the necessary access, water management and utility easements for the subdivision.
The plat is compliant with Wellington’s codes and regulations.
