EXPLANATION: Each Spring, the Palm Beach Branch of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) accepts nominations for their annual branch awards. The awards honor excellence in civil engineering and service to the engineering profession. This year, at its annual banquet held on March 29, 2018, the Association awarded Wellington’s own Village Engineer, Tom Lundeen, as the 2018 Frank J. Gargiulo Government Engineer of the Year.
