EXPLANATION: Roberto Resende began his career with the Village in November, 2013 as a part time Maintenance Worker assigned to Building Maintenance. He was brought on full time the following year due in no small part to his upbeat disposition. Roberto displays an amazing amount of energy - he is constantly in motion, never relaxing or slowing down. He is said to have one speed, and it’s FAST! Roberto completes all of his assigned tasks with a smile and greets everyone he meets with an upbeat “hello”.
It is for these reasons and more that Roberto is June’s Employee of the Month.
