At this time, the Committee will discuss this proposal in further detail and provide further direction to staff. Items to consider would include: * Targeted age group * Incentive/award * Goal/objective of essay * Time frame * Guidelines to consider in selecting finalists Upon finalization of goals and objectives, staff will present to the Village Manager for review and consideration.
