SUMMARY:                     The owner is requesting Architectural Review Board (ARB) approval of an exterior house color that is not on the approved color board. All other colors (trim and front door) are approved. The owner is seeking approval of the exterior wall color with the following trim colors:

 

Exterior Walls:                                          Oregano Spice

                     Accent/Trim:                                          Cream

                     Garage Door:                                          Dark Brown

                     Front Door:                                          Dark Brown and Glass

                     Roof:                                                               Peachish Barrel Tile

At the September 24, 2018 ARB meeting, the Board made a motion to table the 1619 Wiltshire Village Drive House Color to the October meeting in order for the homeowner to be present and to provide options as to how they were going to enhance the gable side of the house. The owner has since painted the garage door and front door a dark wood grain color. Pictures are enclosed.
