REQUEST:  Acceptance of the State of Florida Division of Emergency Management Federally Funded Subaward and Agreement for Hurricane Irma (DR-4337).

EXPLANATION:  Staff requests Council approval and authorization to execute the Federally-Funded Subaward and Grant Agreement with the State of Florida Division of Emergency Management (attached). This funding agreement provides funds for eligible disaster relief due to Hurricane Irma.   Amendments to this agreement will be processed and executed by the Mayor as they are approved by FEMA and the State.  FEMA and the State’s share of all eligible costs are as summarized below:
