SUMMARY:                      The Staysail South LLC property owner is seeking authorization and approval of a land swap with the Acme Improvement District to consolidate their property located at 2384 Appaloosa Trail.  Currently, a fifty-foot (50’) wide public bridle trail parcel divides the property.  The property owner has requested an equivalent property swap and to relocate the bridle path and C-23 canal crossing to the easterly property line of 2384 Appaloosa Trail.  The property owner, Staysail South LLC, will fund all of the costs associated with this transaction.
