EXPLANATION: On November 4, 2018, the Village released ITB #001-19/ER seeking qualified contractors for the permanent watermain sampling point project. On November 28, 2018, the Village received five (5) bids that met the minimum requirements of the solicitation:

The scope of the project includes the construction of seventy (70) permanent sampling stations located throughout the Village’s water utility service areas for the purposes of water quality sampling and regulatory compliance monitoring.
The Utility Department requests authorization to award a contract to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder, R&M Service Solutions, LLC, at a cost of $196,700.00. The bid is under the established project budget of $250,000. This project is in the approved 2019 Capital Improvement Plan.
