A RESOLUTION OF WELLINGTON, FLORIDA’S COUNCIL ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE WALLY WORLD VILLAS REPLAT LYING IN SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 41 EAST, VILLAGE OF WELLINGTON, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING A REPLAT OF LOT 26, BLOCK 71, GREENVIEW SHORES NO. 2 OF WELLINGTON (P.U.D.), AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 120 THROUGH 136, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

EXPLANATION: This is a petition for the replat of 0.34 acres lying in Section 16, Township 44 South, Range 41 East, Village of Wellington, Palm Beach County, Florida. The project site is located on the south side of Folkestone Circle, one block east of Yarmouth Drive. A location map is provided as Attachment 1. The owner of the property is Royall Wall Systems, LLC. This is a replat of Lot 26, Block 71, Greenview Shores No. 2 of Wellington P.U.D., for the expressed purpose of creating lots 26A, 26B, 26C and 26D and construction of four (4) townhomes. The plat also provides the necessary access, water management and utility easements for the subdivision.
The plat is compliant with Wellington’s codes and regulations.
