A RESOLUTION OF WELLINGTON, FLORIDA'S COUNCIL ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE BLUE CYPRESS REPLAT NO. 2 AT PALM BEACH POLO AND COUNTRY CLUB LYING IN SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 41 EAST, VILLAGE OF WELLINGTON, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING A REPLAT OF LOTS 43 THROUGH 48 OF BLUE CYPRESS REPLAT AT PALM BEACH POLO AND COUNTRY CLUB, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 116, PAGES 163 THROUGH 165, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
REQUEST: Approval of Resolution No. R2019-11 accepting and approving the Blue Cypress Replat No. 2 at Palm Beach Polo and Country Club.

EXPLANATION: This is a petition for the replat of 1.182 acres lying in Section 15, Township 44 South, Range 41 East, Village of Wellington, Palm Beach County, Florida. The project site is located on the westside of Blue Cypress Lane, 0.18 miles south of Polo Club Road. A location map is provided as Attachment 1. The owners of the properties are Kenneth G. Berkley and Scott H. Stewart (Lots formerly known as Lots 43 thru 45) and Thomas W. Hill and Jane B. Hill (Lots formerly known as Lots 46 thru 48). This is a replat of Lots 43 through 48 of Blue Cypress Replat at Palm Beach Polo and Country Club, for the expressed purpose of creating new Lots 43 and 47. The plat also provides the necessary access, water management and utility easements for the subdivision.
The plat is compliant with Wellington's codes and regulations.
