EXPLANATION: Mental health is essential to everyone’s overall health and well-being, as everyone experiences times of stress and struggles in their lives. Community understanding and available supports and services can greatly impact a person’s ability to handle their stresses and struggles and to move forward. In recognition of “Mental Health Awareness and Trauma Informed Care Month,” the Village Council is presenting Dr. Seth Bernstein of the United Way of Palm Beach County with this proclamation.
