A RESOLUTION OF WELLINGTON, FLORIDA'S COUNCIL ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE VERONICA COURT TOWNHOMES REPLAT LYING IN SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 41 EAST, VILLAGE OF WELLINGTON, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING A REPLAT OF LOT 8, BLOCK 67, SUGAR POND MANOR OF WELLINGTON, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGES 20 THROUGH 31, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

EXPLANATION: This is a petition for the replat of 0.3905 acres lying in Section 9, Township 44 South, Range 41 East, Village of Wellington, Palm Beach County, Florida. The project site is located in the Sugar Pond Manor of Wellington subdivision on Veronica Court approximately 0.12 miles south of Wellington Trace/Greenview Shores Boulevard intersection along Greenview Shores Boulevard. A location map is provided as Attachment 1. The owner of the property is R.P.S. Holding Corp., a Florida corporation. This is a replat of Lot 8, Block 67, Sugar Pond Manor of Wellington for conversion of a one parcel multi-family unit into four (4) individual parcels and creating Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4. The plat also provides the necessary ingress, egress, storm water management and utility easements for the subdivision.
The plat is compliant with Wellington's codes and regulations.
