EXPLANATION: Each year, the Economic Council of Palm Beach County honors outstanding educators from public and private schools in Palm Beach County. This year, Ms. Karen Epstein, a teacher at Wellington Landings Community Middle School, was nominated and chosen as one of the six top educators in Palm Beach County and received the Dwyer Award for Excellence in Career Education. Ms. Epstein is in attendance to receive this Proclamation.
