SUMMARY: At the December 18, 2019 Architectural Review Board (ARB) meeting, the ARB tabled Petition 2019-004 ARB Wellington Marketplace Exterior Colors to the January 15, 2020 meeting in order for the applicant to submit colored renderings of the color palette options. Renderings and color schemes are as follows:
- Exhibit A: Gray Tone Color Palette
o Body - Gray Cloud (2126-60)
o Trim - Shadow Gray (2125-40)
o Roof - Terra Cotta Tile (2090-30)
- Exhibit B: Earth Tone Color Palette
o Body - Havana Tan (1121)
o Trim - Old Canal (1132)
o Roof - Terra Cotta Tile (2090-30)
- Exhibit C: Gray Tone with Black Awnings
- Exhibit D: Earth Tone with Turquoise Awnings
- Exhibit E: Earth Tone with Black Awnings
- Exhibit F: Earth Tone with Terra Cotta Awnings
As requested by ARB, the applicant has selected a lighter gray tone trim color and lighter earth tone body color.
