REQUEST: Authorization to amend a contract with Plante Moran, PLLC, to provide additional enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation consulting services in the amount of $15,000.

EXPLANATION: On November 17, 2017, Council awarded a contract to Plante Moran, PLLC, to provide ERP implementation management services, in an amount not to exceed $150,000. Plante Moran has provided consulting services while implementing all modules of our new Tyler Technologies ERP system. Expenditures to date total $146,960. The additional services and support are needed due to delays in implementation and additional demands on staff time, due to the ongoing pandemic.
Staff recommends amending a contract with Plante Moran, PLLC, to provide additional ERP implementation management services in the amount of $15,000.
