ITEM: AUTHORIZATION TO CONTINUE UTILIZING A NATIONAL COOPERATIVE PURCHASING ALLIANCE (NCPA) CONTRACT WITH MUNICIPAL CODE CORPORATION INNOVATIONS (MCCI), LLC FOR LASERFICHE DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT ANNUAL LICENSING, MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT
REQUEST: Authorization to continue utilizing a National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (NCPA) contract, as basis for pricing, with Municipal Code Corporation Innovations (MCCI), LLC. for Laserfiche document management annual licensing, maintenance and support in the amount of $35,611.29 annually, which is a slight increase of $378.00 from last year's renewal pricing and actual expenditure.

EXPLANATION: The Village's existing contract with MCCI to provide Laserfiche document management annual licenses, maintenance and support is set to expire October 3, 2020. The IT Department is seeking authorization to continue utilizing a NCPA contract, with MCCI, as a basis for pricing, to provide such services through October 4, 2021.
On April 2, 2018, Region XIV Education Service Center on behalf of itself and other government agencies made available through the NCPA, awarded contract #11-26 to MCCI through April 30, 2021 with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods.
MCCI is the premier Laserfiche authorized reseller within the state of Florida offering a competitive overall cost to support and maintain the Laserfiche Document Management System.
Staff requests authorization to continue utilizing NCPA contract #11-26, as a basis for pricing, with MCCI, LLC. for Laserfiche document management annual licensing, maintenance and support in the amount of $35,611.29 through October 4, 2021.
Funds are allocated in the proposed fiscal year 2021 IT budget.
