EXPLANATION: This is a petition for the plat of a 189.4212 acre parcel lying in Section 14, Township 44 South, Range 41 East, Village of Wellington, Palm Beach County, Florida. The subject site is located west of Stribling Way/Fairlane Farms Road and North of Pierson Road. A location map is provided as Attachment 1. The owner of the property is Palm Beach Polo & Country Club Property Owners Association Inc. The Owner has requested the recordation of the plat for the expressed purpose of subdividing parcels Tract 0-1, Tract 0-2, Tract 0-3 and Tract 0-4 (189.4212 acre) for open space purposes from the remaining acreage of golf course usage and for tax purposes. This plat recordation will not change the land use designation for Wellington PUD Master Plan. Any change to land use designation will require submittal through Planning & Zoning to modify the Land Use Map and Wellington PUD Master Plan.
