EXPLANATION: Palm Beach Central High School and Wellington Community High School have requested financial support for their Project Graduation 2021. Project Graduation is a sponsored alcohol-free, all night graduation party that provides students with a night of food and fun in a safe and supervised environment.
In recent years, Council has approved a contribution of $500 to each school in the form of a cash sponsorship to assist with prizes and supplies, as well as providing use of the Village Park gym through the existing Interlocal Agreement with the Palm Beach County School Board. Monies are budgeted in the Community Funding Programs budget.
