ITEM: RESOLUTION NO. R2021-33 (CDBG FY 2020/2021 BUDGET AMENDMENT)
A RESOLUTION OF WELLINGTON, FLORIDA'S COUNCIL APPROVING AND ADOPTING AN AMENDMENT TO THE FY 2020/2021 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN FOR THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM CARES ACT FUNDING, AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO FORWARD THE AMENDMENT TO THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
REQUEST: Approval of Resolution No. R2021-33 approving and adopting Amendment to the FY 2020/2021 CDBG Annual Action Plan prior to obligating or expending CDBG funds for previously unidentified activities. As such, Wellington is required to submit an Amendment to United States Department of Housing and Urban Development.
The Village of Wellington proposes to amend 2020/2021 CDBG Annual Action Plan Budget as follows:
Activities proposed to receive a decrease in CDBG entitlement funding:
