EXPLANATION:  The Zoning Text Amendment to modify regulations related to fences, walls, and hedges in Article 6 of the LDR is being postponed so that it may be presented to the Architectural Review Board on August 18, 2021 prior to consideration by this Board.  The item will be brought back to the Planning, Zoning and Adjustment Board at the September 8, 2021.
