REQUEST:                     Authorization to amend an existing contract to add consulting services for Phase III of the Town Center Project in the amount of $56,244.

EXPLANATION:                     This contract was originally awarded by Council on May 28, 2019, pursuant to RFQ# 201906. The additional services encompass the planning and preliminary design for Phase III at the Wellington Town Center. Phase III is understood to be the area of the project that includes the southern portion of the site supporting the aquatics center and the Lake Wellington Professional Center, Ken Adams Way and the lake front.
