ITEM: Wellington Color Chart and Materials Modifications

SUMMARY: The chart was distributed to the ARB a few months ago. Every few years, Wellington is tasked with reviewing the approved color chart for residential and non-residential use. The color chart includes approved fence types and materials. The ARB is tasked with making recommendations for change and then adopting the updated chart. The recommendations made at this meeting will be provided to Wellington’s Council for discussion. Any additional recommendations will be incorporated by staff and then the chart will then come back to ARB for final adoption.
