REQUEST:                     Approval of Resolution No. R2022-50 accepting and approving the Windsome Farms Plat.

EXPLANATION:                     This is a petition for the plat of 78 acres lying in Section 28, Township 44 South, Range 41 East, Village of Wellington, Palm Beach County, Florida.  The project site is located on the southwest corner of Indian Mound Road and South Shore Boulevard.  A location map is provided as Attachment 1.  The owner of the property is Helgstrand Windsome, LLC.  This is a plat for the express purpose of subdividing the 78-acre lot into a two (2) lot subdivision.  The plat also provides the necessary ingress, egress, stormwater management and utility easements for the subdivision.

 

The plat is compliant with Wellington’s codes and regulations.
