REQUEST:                     Authorization to award a contract for the laser grade of (21) Wellington tennis courts project, to Fast Dry Courts, Inc., in the amount of $163,995.

EXPLANATION:                     The scope of services for this bid was to secure pricing for this project to laser grade the (21) Wellington tennis courts, in accordance with the specifications provided in the bid document.

 

On April 12, 2023, Wellington released ITB #202318 on Demandstar, seeking qualified firms to provide such services. The solicitation was also advertised in the Palm Beach Post and posted on Wellington’s website. On May 10, 2023, two (2) proposals were received.
