REQUEST: Authorization to award a contract to Creative Contracting Group to reroof the remaining buildings at the former Lake Wellington Professional Center in the amount of $63,900.00.

EXPLANATION: The Public Works department has assessed the two (2) remaining buildings at the former Lake Wellington Professional Center and determined both roofs should be replaced. The existing roofs have been patched throughout the years, and have not been replaced since the buildings were constructed in 1980.
Public Works obtained several quotes for both buildings to remove the existing clay roof tiles and replace with metal roofing:
