EXPLANATION: The Public Works Department is replacing Tiger Shark Cove Park and Olympia Park concession stand doors. All doors shall be hurricane rated.
On April 20, 2021, the Village released ITB # 202115 seeking qualified vendors to provide such services. On May 12, 2021, the Village received one (1) proposal meeting the required specifications.
The Public Works Department recommends awarding E&F Florida Enterprises, Inc. D/B/A Creative Contracting Group, a Western Community local vendor, a contract in the amount of $118,700.00.
