EXPLANATION: The purpose of this project is to provide beautification improvements to the existing pavilions located within Village Park. Stone facades similar to those installed at the Community Center, will be applied to the existing steel columns of all four pavilions at Village Park. The project includes improvements to fifty-two (52) columns within all four (4) pavilions.
On January 22, 2018, Wellington released ITB #001-18/MM on Demandstar, seeking qualified firms to provide such services. The solicitation was also advertised in the Palm Beach Post and posted on Wellington's website. On February 14, 2018, seven (7) proposals were received.
