EXPLANATION: In accordance with approved equipment schedules, staff is requesting authorization to purchase FY 2023 budgeted equipment. Purchases are for the equipment specified below, from authorized dealers at the lowest possible cost. The lowest price per equipment is summarized below:

All replacement equipment is in accordance with the Village's FY 2023 replacement schedules. In addition, staff is seeking authorization to dispose of eleven (11) existing surplus assets as seen in Exhibit A. Eight (8) vehicles and/or equipment will be sold on GovDeals.com, the Village's contracted public auction website.
