REQUEST:                     Approval of Resolution No. R2019-37 accepting and approving the PBIEC Estates of Wellington Countryplace, P.U.D. Plat.

EXPLANATION:                     This is a petition for the plat of 132.87 acres lying in Section 20, Township 44 South, Range 41 East, Village of Wellington, Palm Beach County, Florida.  The project site is located on the northeast corner of Gene Mische Way and Gracida Street.  A location map is provided as Attachment 1.  The owners of the property are Far Niente Stables IV LLC, Chickering South LLC, Pierwell Properties LLC and George Strawbridge, Jr. and NRNS Acquisition WEF Land LLC.  This is a plat for the expressed purpose of legally subdividing the lots and to construct legal access to those legal lots.  The plat also provides the necessary ingress, egress, storm water management and utility easements for the subdivision.

 

The plat is compliant with Wellington’s codes and regulations.
